Authority Graph delivers infrastructure, content, and positioning assets as defined in your Agreement. Authority Graph does not control, manage, or guarantee Client's lead conversion, sales close rate, transaction volume, revenue, or ranking outcomes, all of which depend on Client's independent business activities, market conditions, and third-party platforms outside Authority Graph's control.

5. Email Newsletter Program (Field Notes)
5.1 Program Identification
Field Notes is a weekly email publication from Authority Graph (Expert Incubators LLC) for top-producing mortgage professionals. Issues focus on online authority engineering, the data layer that determines how high-net-worth clients verify the brokers they have been handed, and adjacent operator observations.
5.2 Opt-In
Subscriptions use a double opt-in process. You provide your email address through a subscription form on our website. We then send a confirmation email containing a one-time confirmation link. Your subscription is not active and you will not receive issues until you click that confirmation link. By providing your email and confirming the subscription, you consent to receive the publication.
5.3 Cadence and Content
Default cadence is one issue per week, typically delivered on Tuesday mornings (US Eastern Time). We may occasionally skip a week if we do not have a substantive observation worth sending. Content is editorial and informational. Promotional or transactional content (e.g., references to current services, founding-cohort availability, or related Authority Graph offerings) may appear in issues but does not change the underlying nature of the publication.
5.4 Cost Notice
The Field Notes subscription is currently free. Standard internet, mobile data, and email-provider charges from your service providers may apply.
5.5 Unsubscribe
Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe link in the footer and a List-Unsubscribe HTTP header (RFC 8058) honored by mainstream email clients. Clicking the unsubscribe link removes you from the list immediately. You may also unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@authoritygraph.cc with the word UNSUBSCRIBE in the subject line.
5.6 No Sale or Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share subscriber email addresses with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Subscriber data is processed by service providers (currently Supabase for storage and Resend for email delivery), each of which is contractually obligated to protect the information and use it only to deliver the publication you opted into.
5.7 CAN-SPAM and Compliance
All Field Notes emails identify Expert Incubators LLC as the sender, include a valid postal address ( 510 S Tangerine Ct., Eagle Lake, FL 33839-3511), are not deceptive in subject or content, and contain a clear unsubscribe mechanism in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.
5.8 Privacy
See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle email newsletter opt-in data.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
8. Engagement Agreements
Specific terms of any service engagement (The Authority Rise, Foundation, Campaign Scope, etc.) are governed by separate written agreements. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific engagement agreement, the engagement agreement governs that engagement.
9. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Authority Graph and its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business opportunity, or lost data — arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Authority Graph and Expert Incubators LLC against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the website or services in violation of applicable law.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our website or services shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted in Polk County, Florida, unless the parties mutually agree to an alternative venue. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
You waive any right to a jury trial or class-action participation with respect to any dispute governed by this section. Small claims court actions, where jurisdictionally appropriate, are exempt from this arbitration requirement.
