Authority Graph is a marketing services brand operated by Expert Incubators LLC (“Authority Graph,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide professional positioning and authority-engineering services to top-producing real-estate and mortgage professionals. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, communicate with us, opt in to our SMS program, or engage our services.

2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
- Contact information: name, business name, email address, telephone number, mailing address
- Engagement information: market territory, business position, business credentials, and information you provide during a Discovery Call or Fit Call
- Communications: emails, voicemails, text messages, feedback, and correspondence you direct to us
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, referral source, time on page
- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 6)
2.3 SMS Opt-In Data
If you opt in to our SMS program, we collect your phone number, the date and time of opt-in, the keyword you used, and the source of opt-in. This information is collected solely to support the SMS program you opted into.
2.4 Email Newsletter Opt-In Data
If you subscribe to our weekly publication Field Notes, we collect your email address, the date and time of subscription, the page or surface from which you subscribed (e.g., footer, /field-notes, /pilot), and a hashed value of your IP address solely for abuse prevention. We use a double opt-in process: an initial confirmation email is sent and the subscription is not active until you click the confirmation link. This information is collected solely to deliver the publication you opted into.
3. How We Use Information
- Deliver the services and engagements you request
- Communicate with you about Discovery Calls, Fit Calls, engagement scope, deliverables, and ongoing service updates
- Deliver the Field Notes weekly publication if and only if you have completed double opt-in
- Send transactional SMS messages (only with explicit opt-in)
- Respond to inquiries and provide customer support
- Improve our website, services, and offerings
- Comply with legal, regulatory, and tax obligations
- Maintain documented records of services rendered, consistent with the structure of any Marketing Services Agreement governing our engagement
4. Information Sharing
Mobile Information Sharing Restriction. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We may share other categories of personal information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With service providers (e.g., email delivery, payment processing, scheduling) who are contractually obligated to protect the information and use it only for the purpose for which it was disclosed
- When required by law, regulation, court order, subpoena, or governmental request
- In connection with a business transition (merger, acquisition, sale of assets), under appropriate confidentiality safeguards
- With your explicit consent

5. Your Rights

6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, analyze traffic patterns, measure conversion, and improve the user experience. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may limit some site functionality.
We use the following third-party analytics and advertising-tag services. Each operates under its own privacy policy:
